Chasing the perfect to-do list app

Let’s be honest — there isn’t one that perfectly fits all. What you can do though is use the tools at hand and make your own best practice.

I use the native Apple Notes App (being synced over the cloud to all my devices) and my interpretation of Eisenhowers Matrix.

At the beginning of each week I duplicate the note, clean out achieved tasks, reflect on the current priorities and update statuses and it looks messier than this example:
